I cannot thank the Board Room staff enough for their help on our wedding day! We had met with Tom and Mike prior to the big day. Tom had worked with us to get every detail about the venue as we wanted. Mike, the DJ, gave us ideas to add to our reception that we would not have thought of ourselves and the games were fantastic. Our original plan was to get married outdoors and only have our reception at the Board Room. Once the down pour of rain began, we decided to move our ceremony to the Board Room was well. We made one call and everything was taken care of with 1.5 hours notice. It was such a relief knowing that the Board Room team was ready to help. The ceremony was perfect. All the staff were courteous and kind! Our wedding was so much fun. I would recommend the Board Room to everyone! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Tom, Mike & Tia for making our event possible!

We had our wedding reception there on Saturday and I will forever book any event there! From the moment we started booking here everything was great. Tom, T, and Mike not only were so easy to talk to and book with but they were SO helpful!! The night of the wedding not only was the place gorgeous and completely set up when we got there but every single staff member was amazing! From helping with my wedding dress, helping with my newborn when I needed it, the outstanding and quick service for drinks, and they even packed up all of our decorations for us! The night was amazing and we couldn’t have done it without any of them! Not to mention we went to the other side of the bar and ended our night at builders, which was also amazing!! If you’re thinking of booking here, you will not regret it!

I Highly recommend having your reception at the Boardroom! Tom was awesome to work with and very easy going when plans changed the day before. its so nice in there that you don't really need too many decorations either which makes for easy clean up at the end of the night! the bartenders were fast and friendly and even helped us with clean up too! they were on top of everything! the in house DJ that we hired through them was great too! made it a very fun reception and included everyone so they would get up and dance! everyone involved with the Boardroom made our day so much easier and special for us and we cant thank them enough!

My husband and I highly recommended The Boardroom for any event. The owner (Tom) is super easy to work with and professional. The bartenders did a fantastic job during our wedding reception and even decorated our cutting cake with extra flowers we had (thanks "T"). DJ Mike was phenomenal and had people dancing all night. The staff overall was very professional and did the set-up, rearranging, and take down of tables very quickly. It made our wedding reception enjoyable and stress free without having to worry about anything but our guests.

We were recently married and had our reception at The Board Room, and we couldn't be more pleased!! We received compliments all night long on how great the space was, as it doesn't have a "reception hall" feeling. It is classy, fun and has a great flow to accommodate a room full of people. This space is beautiful enough on it's own, it hardly needs decorating. We did, however, decorate this space with our own flare and everyone commented on how nice and accommodating all the Board Room staff were helping set things up and showing where things are or where they go. They went above and beyond accommodating to our lighting, the ambiance, table placements, and getting everything just perfect. They continued even through our wedding day making sure we were happy throughout the night just to see if we needed anything. At the end of the night when we were exhausted, The Board Room took care of everything and we didn't have to worry about a thing. So happy and pleased! Thank you Board Room!

We hosted a wedding at The Board Room -- and it was a perfect location! Beautiful lighting and decor, great music and dancing. The DJ got everyone on the dance floor to have a fabulous time. The sound system is sophisticated, so that one can hold a conversation off of the dance floor. It is not too loud. One the dance floor? Man, it is the best sound in the Twin Ports! You should see the wedding pics. With the dramatic lighting in that place, it made for spectacular photos of our family having fun. Best Wedding Party Venue in the Twin Ports!

I couldn’t even begin telling you how amazing Tom and T were for our wedding reception! They are amazing to work with and made sure our reception was everything we wanted. Mike, our DJ, was phenomenal and kept everyone on the dance floor and made it a night to remember for good reasons! We were able to get in Saturday morning to decorate for the reception and they kept our leftovers for us to pick up the following morning which was so helpful!

We had our wedding reception at the boardroom in June 2023. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a fun reception and ease of planning. Tom was wonderful - quick to respond, answered all questions, accommodating and easy to work with! We had approximately 130 people and it didn’t feel crowded at all. Our day was seamless thanks to Tom and his crew at the Boardroom! We are very thankful!

We had our work Christmas Party here recently. The Staff is so accommodating and amazing, you can have the room arranged any way you want, you can pick the kind of tables, whether or not they are covered, full bar and bartenders, you choose the color lighting, etc. It is SO reasonable for what you get.
